1. Assist in formulating performance appraisal system and appraisal plan
2. Implement performance appraisal related volume announcements and answer questions
3. Organize and implement performance appraisal index database and related forms
4. Track key assessment items and feedback the assessment items in real time
5. Summarize and review performance appraisal data
6. Provide performance basis for employees' salary adjustment, rewards and punishments, promotion, promotion and other related personnel changes
7. Handling performance appraisal complaints
8. Establish performance appraisal files
9. Practice by one's own body and carry forward the company's corporate culture

job requirements:
1. Age 25-35
2. College degree or above in human resource management, economic management and other related majors
